We have Class Councils and a School Council which meets regularly and which represent the children throughout the school year. With formal meetings and feedback in class and assembly we aim to make this a dynamic and influential group, which also encourages the children’s understanding of citizenship. Our Chair and Vice chair also attend a town School Council Day with representatives from all local schools. This group developed a children’s charter for Felpham and Bognor.

In school the council help to make decisions to improve the school environment, buy new and exciting equipment, work with local businesses and suggest ways in which the school continues to be a safe and happy place.
